One On One Meditation

Meditation has been used for thousands of years across many faiths and religions as a tool to deepen connection with spirit and to calm and deepen our state of mind. The purpose of a one on one meditation is to have a guided meditation that is specifically geared towards you. We will go over what it is that you feel you need and what you desire to achieve from the session. Once I have a clear view of your intentions I will tune into your energy and begin to guide you through my intuition. It is important to come into it with an intention. The more clear you are with your intentions, the more you will get out of the session. However your intention can be as simple as a desire to relax and unwind for a while.

If you are new to meditation this can be a great place to start. It can be frustrating starting out. Having someone to guide you and to help you work through the difficulties can be extremely helpful. If you struggle with social anxiety and you are more comfortable in a one on one setting this can be a great opportunity to have an in person guided mediation without a group present.
