DESTRESS & RELAX
Do you feel overwhelmed? Stressed out? Maxed out? Than this workshop is for you! In this interactive workshop you will learn how to stay calm and relaxed during stressful times. You will also learn how to de-stress if stress has been able to get ahold of you. The main cause of stress is not the situation we are faced with, but how we interpret and handle the situation. There is a saying: "We don't see things as they are, we see them as we are". In this interactive, fun workshop we will discover how to handle stressful situations in a relaxed way.
