The Rise and Shine meditations have a new format! Still as a “Satsangh, which is a Sanskrit word; Sat meaning "True" and Sangha meaning "Company" - still dedicated to exploring the truth through sharing and meditation, through direct experience. The meditation techniques and set up of the meditations have changed from the former meditations. This is how and why.

The shift in human consciousness many of us heave heard about that will occur in 2012, is already happening! During these evenings we will prepare ourselves for the greatest happening on the planet Earth; to be a conscious part of this shift! It is not a separate event ‘outside’ of ourselves as we think. No. This event, this shift, is a happening in each individual’s inner space! That means, whether we want to or not, know it or not, we are part of this shift, it has an influence on us and funny enough, we have an influence on it!

What does this mean? What to prepare for? Not doom and gloom, not unless you choose this! If you want to a live a life of health, joy, happiness, prosperity and abundance, if you want to experience peace on planet Earth you can! During these evenings clarity will be given as well as powerful meditation techniques that will empower you to step into this, into your life’s purpose.
You have a unique gift to offer to the world. That unique gift is called YOU. In each one of you there is a potential waiting to be expressed through you and as you! Not as something you have to force, figure out or even create. All you need to do is to allow! That’s all. Just like how a flower seed does not need to figure out how to become a flower. There is an innate intelligence that orchestrates this whole process when all the right circumstances and requirements are met. The time is NOW. The circumstances are perfect for you to flower! This is what 2012 is all about.

You are here because existence wants you to be here! You are not an accident, you are an incident. Many years have been spent in searching. The search has come to an end. What you have been looking for, knowingly or unknowingly, is right here, right now. The time has come to claim your truth, to live your highest potential and break free from all conditionings that are preventing you from experiencing it. The time has come to Rise and Shine!
