These meditation evenings are set up as a Satsang format. Satsang is a Sanskrit word, sat meaning "True" and sanga meaning "Company".

These evenings are designed to self reflect, relax and connect with fellow human beings in a supportive setting. During these evenings there will be meditations as well as some reflection on life's questions.

Often times we feel stressed out with life's demands; overwhelmed with responsibilities and puzzled with life's challenges. When we meditate we bring ourselves into that place of stillness where all the answers lie. When we become quite we can hear that wise inner voice that guides us.

Susan will take you on a (guided) journey to find that place of stillness and wisdom. Her belief is that we are all part of a bigger plan and that we all have access to all knowledge there is. We are all wise. We are all peaceful and loving at heart. We are all abundant by nature. Susan's vision is to empower you to open up to your own innate wisdom and truth and to help remind you and assist you to reconnect with that which you already are.

The meditations will mostly be voice guided with accompaniment of Crystal Singing Bowls, Tingshas, Tibetan Bowls and Drum.

October 31st - "Between Two Thoughts"

This evening we will deepen the meditation experience, connecting with a deep place of inner stillness. We will create a gap between two thoughts, which then becomes a doorway to deep levels of consciousness. From this place of deep inner stillness our inner wisdom speaks to us in many different ways. It is in this place where we become consciously aware of our human beingness as a spiritual being – where we become consciously aware of our natural state of being.

November 14th - "Remembering Who You Are"

On November 11th it is Remembrance day. On this day we honor those who have fought for our freedom – we show respect and gratitude for those who gave their lives to assure freedom to future generations. During this meditation, we will further explore what this freedom truly means. We will discuss and experience the meaning of being completely free. Even though we live in a country where we have tremendous freedom, we can still experience imprisonment through our mental state through depressing and self-limiting thoughts. This will be explored this evening as well.

December 5th – “The Greatest Gift”

This evening we will explore the impact of challenging situations and people; in other words, situations and people that push our buttons. We will discuss how we can turn these challenging situations into powerful steppingstones for inner growth and, believe it or not, deeper inner harmony. Find out how we can go from blame and shame to gratitude and empowerment through discussion and meditation. Discover how your greatest burden can be turned into the greatest gift.

Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right.
