COMMUNING WITH NATURE
AUTUMN EQUINOX

In this workshop we will connect and communicate with different aspects of nature: the tree realm, animal kingdom, mineral kingdom as well as the elements and the Earth herself. Everything that exists is an expression of the Divine. We are all part of one beautiful divine puzzle, all bringing in and expressing unique qualities. Through this workshop you will communicate with and tap into the energy of different aspects of nature, thus bringing forth and balancing these qualities within yourself. The side effects from practicing this regularly are beautiful: a sense of peace, unconditional love, and acceptance are a few examples. All practices shared in this workshop can be continued at home.

COURSE OUTLINE:

1. Connecting with nature as a way to connect with your true essence – what is the true essence of all life
2. Communication with different aspects of nature
3. Discover how the elements are the make up of who we are and what their role is
4. Fun exercises and tools to keep using in your daily life
5. Sharing
6. Gratitude and love meditation for the Earth and all her inhabitants
