Each person has their own individual metabolism, and will digest and metabolize foods differently.  In order to maximize your metabolism and increase your energy levels eating the right type of foods and in proper proportions will give you the most nutrients and fuel for your body.

By knowing what your metabolic type you will be able to choose the right foods and combination of foods that will help boost your energy levels and health.  With Metabolic typing you will learn if you are a:

  • Carbohydrate type: someone that needs to eat a majority of carbs.
  • Protein type: someone that needs to eat a majority of protein.
  • Mixed type: Someone that need equal part of both carbohydrates and proteins.

I will also teach you the proper foods to eat for your type, the difference between good carbs vs. bad carbs, good fats vs. bad fats, and good choice proteins.  You will also learn how to recognize the feelings when you eat against your metabolic type and how to make you feel better sooner.
