Time: 6:30pm - 8:30pm

During this evening we will practice meditation as well as Reiki Healing on each other. The Practice group is not only about practicing what you've learned, it is also meant to build a community and a supportive network to create a safe place for sharing. Sometimes you might see or feel things that are not easily explained and might not even make sense. This evening is designed to support children on their journey, where no experience will be judged and to help build and maintain a healthy self esteem.

Note: Afterwards there is time for parents to talk to Susan about any experiences that might have come up and ask questions.
