This Usui Reiki class is specifically designed for children in the age group between 13 and 17. In this fun class the children will learn about the auric field and the chakras, what these are and how to strengthen them. A variety of exercises and meditations as well as creativity (coloring exercises) will be used to explore and balance the energy field. Not only are these exercises valuable when giving Reiki to their selves and others, but in daily life as well, i.e. coping with stressful and upsetting situations. The children will receive an attunement at the end of the class to further strengthen and open the natural energy channels. Usui Reiki is a way of teaching/ reminding the children how to utilize and use their energy effectively.
