The "GET INTU-IT!" sessions are specifically designed to provide you with knowledge and understanding as well as exercises and tools to use in your daily life. You can view these sessions as one on one workshop on any topic you pick. In the first part of the session an explanation will be given on the chosen topic. The second part of the session exists out of hands-on practice to integrate the knowledge into wisdom through experience. Homework might be given for further exploration.
